Delivery Options
Will my order be delivered to my home?
Home delivery is one of the two available delivery options.
Can I collect my order?
Yes, collection is one of the two available delivery options.
What if I am not at home?
Our distribution partner, GLS, will attempt to deliver your order to one of your neighbours. If this is not possible, GLS will make the goods available at the nearest GLS Parcel Shop, and you will be informed via email.
When will my order be delivered?
Orders are generally delivered within 2 to 5 working days. The exact delivery date will be communicated via email.
Are there any delivery charges?
Yes, delivery charges will be specified during the checkout process.
Can I receive my order today?
No, same-day delivery is not possible. However, QVERDE strives to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
Do you deliver outside Belgium and the Netherlands?
Not at this time. Once this option becomes available, it will be announced on our website.
Can my order be delivered to a parcel locker?
Not at this time. Once this option becomes available, it will be announced on our website.
Can I collect my order from a shop or a collection point?
Not at this time. Once this option becomes available, it will be announced on our website.
If you are not at home and the parcel cannot be delivered to a neighbour, GLS will make your parcel available at a GLS Parcel Shop, where you can collect your order.
Does QVERDE deliver during weekends?
Weekend delivery is possible, but the decision lies with our distribution partner, GLS, who will inform you of the delivery status via email.
Where can I find the track & trace information?
After your order is confirmed, you will receive an email from our partner GLS containing your track & trace information.
How can I change my delivery address?
You provided your delivery address during checkout. This information is passed on to our distribution partner. Any changes—possibly subject to conditions and additional costs—can be made via the GLS platform.
Delivery Issues
What should I do if my order has not been delivered?
You can always check the delivery status of your order using the track & trace information received via email.
If there is an issue with delivery, you may either contact us at support@qverde.com or get in touch directly with our distribution partner, GLS.
I have only received part of my order. What should I do?
In principle, all shipments are sent at once. If you have received only part of your order, please contact us at support@qverde.com or reach out to GLS directly. You may also check the status of the remaining items via the GLS platform using your track & trace details.
What if the track & trace indicates that my order was delivered, but I have not received it?
Please contact us as soon as possible at support@qverde.com. It is also advisable to promptly contact GLS via email or their platform, quoting your shipment reference.
What should I do if my delivery arrived damaged?
Contact us immediately at support@qverde.com. Be sure to take a photo—or preferably, a video—of the parcel at the time of receipt.
