Exchanges and Returns
How can I return an order?
To return your order quickly and correctly, please complete the online contact form, mentioning the order number and selecting the appropriate support category, “returns and refunds.” We will contact you by email to guide you through the return process.
You will receive an email containing a link to our distribution partner GLS’s platform. On this platform, you can locate the nearest GLS Parcel Shop where you may present your shipment for return.
Shipments can only be returned via GLS.
Please always contact us via email before returning an item so that your return can be registered and QVerde can provide you with a reference code, allowing the returns department to identify your package.

Under what conditions can I return an order?
When you purchase goods or services from us as a consumer, you have the right to decide within 14 days that you do not wish to keep the goods or services. This 14-day period commences upon delivery (for the purchase of goods) or upon the conclusion of the contract (for the purchase of services).
You must return the goods within 14 days after notifying us of your intention to withdraw from the agreement. After this period, we reserve the right to refuse the return of the ordered goods.
The costs of returning the goods are your responsibility.
Returns can only be processed via our distribution partner GLS, through a GLS Partner Shop.
During the initial 14-day period following delivery, we expect you to handle the goods and packaging with care. To remain eligible for a return, you may only unpack or use the goods to the extent necessary to determine if you wish to keep them (as you would in a physical shop).
Returned goods must not have been used. Goods should be returned with all accompanying accessories, in their original condition, and with the original packaging, in accordance with our instructions.
If you exceed what is necessary to assess the characteristics of the goods, resulting in a reduction in their value, we may apply a proportional reduction in the refund amount.
Qverde reserves the right to deduct any value reduction due to improper use or damage. For example, this applies to goods with a seal or special packaging where removal significantly diminishes their value.
Costs related to repackaging or dry cleaning may also be charged if the goods show signs of dirt or use.
Any amount charged will not exceed the verifiable actual loss in value.

Which goods cannot be returned?
- Goods that have been irreversibly mixed with other products after delivery, such as oils or liquid substances.
- Goods damaged due to improper or incorrect use (*).
(*) Damage from improper use: Damage caused by using the product for purposes for which it was not intended.
How will my refund be processed?
We will refund the full purchase price within 14 days after receiving the returned goods.
The refund includes delivery costs (but not return costs), unless you selected a delivery option different from our cheapest standard delivery method.
Refunds are generally issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction. If this is not possible, we will contact you to arrange a refund to the bank account you provide.
Can I exchange an item?
No, exchanges are not possible. You will need to return the current item for a refund and place a new order at qverde.com.
