Article 2 – Applicability and Conditions
- These general terms and conditions apply to all agreements concluded with you as a customer. Certain provisions apply only to consumers (any natural person acquiring or using marketed products or services for non-professional purposes), which will be clearly indicated.
- We only deliver in Belgium and the Netherlands. If you provide a delivery address in another country, we reserve the right to refuse your order.
- To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must place the order. If we discover that a minor has placed an order, we may cancel it.
- Our general terms and conditions are always available on our website. Placing an order on the website constitutes express acceptance of these terms. You will be asked to confirm that you have read and accepted them during the ordering process.
Along with the order confirmation (or at the latest upon delivery), you will receive a copy of these terms in a format that you can save or print. - If specific conditions apply in addition to these terms, the same rules apply. In case of conflict between the general and specific terms, you, as a consumer, may rely on the most favourable provision.
Article 3 – Our Offer and Your Order
- If an offer has a limited validity period or is subject to conditions, this will be clearly stated.
- We describe our products and the ordering process as accurately as possible. Descriptions are sufficiently detailed to allow proper evaluation. Images used are accurate representations of the products or services offered. However, human error is possible, and we are not obliged to deliver if a clear mistake has occurred.
- To purchase a product:
- Add the product to your cart.
- Enter your contact, delivery, and billing information.
- Select the delivery method: home delivery or collection at our designated partner.
- Review your order, accept our terms and conditions, and confirm payment by clicking “order and pay”.
- Your order is complete and the agreement final once we confirm it by email and the payment is approved by your card issuer. Orders without valid payment under the registered cardholder’s name will not be accepted or processed.
Article 4 – Right of Withdrawal
- The right of withdrawal applies only to consumers.
- As a consumer, you have 14 days from delivery (for goods) or from the agreement date (for services) to decide if you wish to withdraw from the purchase without penalty or reason. Return shipping costs are at your expense.
- Goods must be returned within 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. Returns after this period may be refused.
- Returns must be processed via our designated logistics partner, GLS.
- We will refund the full purchase price within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return, whichever is earlier.
- Refunds include the original delivery cost but exclude return costs unless you opted for a delivery method other than our standard option.
- Refunds are typically processed via the original payment method. If this is not possible, we will arrange an alternative solution with you.
- During the withdrawal period, you must handle the goods with care. Products may only be unpacked or used to the extent necessary to assess them (as you would in a shop). Returned goods must be unused, complete with all accessories, in their original condition and packaging. If goods are devalued through excessive use, we may apply a proportional reduction in the refund.
- If specific products require intact seals or packaging, and their removal significantly reduces value, we may charge reconditioning costs.
- To exercise your right of withdrawal, complete the contact form on our website with your order number and select "returns and refunds". We will guide you through the return process by email.
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods irreversibly mixed with other products (e.g., oils or liquids).
Article 5 – Price
- Prices stated during the offer period remain unchanged, except for VAT changes.
- Prices include all taxes and duties.
- Shipping costs are additional and clearly stated before order confirmation.
Article 6 – Payment
- Payments are accepted only through our website’s payment modules.
- We process payments via PAY.NL using: iDEAL, Bancontact, Payconiq, Mastercard, and Visa.
- For secure online payments and protection of personal data, we use SSL technology, ensuring encrypted transmission of transaction details.
Article 7 – Conformity and Warranty
- We guarantee that goods conform to your order and meet normal expectations, subject to product specifications and Belgian laws at the time of purchase.
- Consumers are entitled to a two-year statutory warranty for hidden defects or faults discovered within two years of delivery.
You may choose repair or replacement unless it is excessively costly, impossible, or cannot be completed within a reasonable time, in which case a price reduction or contract cancellation is possible.
Article 8 – Delivery and Performance
- Goods are delivered to the address provided at checkout.
- Delivery methods:
- Standard Home Delivery: To your specified address.
- Collection: Qverde Gildeweg 8, 2632BA Nootdorp, Netherlands.
- If in stock, delivery is typically within 2-5 working days. Out-of-stock items may take 10-30 working days, as stated in your order confirmation.
- Deliveries occur on weekdays and weekends through GLS. You will receive an email with a tracking link.
- If delivery is delayed, we will notify you before the deadline. If a revised date is missed, you may cancel the contract at no cost and receive a refund within 30 days.
- Shipments are at our risk until delivered. However, if you return items under withdrawal rights, you assume transportation risk.
- Report visible defects within 3 days of delivery with photos or videos.
- We are not liable for indirect damages due to delivery delays or failures beyond the article’s value.
Article 9 - Force Majeure
- In force majeure situations, we are not obliged to fulfil contractual obligations. We may suspend or terminate the agreement without liability.
- Force majeure includes, but is not limited to: strikes, fires, utility disruptions, network failures, website unavailability, and supplier delays.
Article 10 - Intellectual Property
- All content, including our website, logos, images, and communications, is protected by intellectual property rights owned by us or third parties.
- Any use, reproduction, or alteration of intellectual property without prior written consent is prohibited.
Article 11 - Complaints Procedure and Disputes
- We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you have complaints, please use the complaint form at the bottom of our website. We strive to address complaints within 7 days.
- All contracts are governed by Belgian law. For interpretation, Belgian consumer protection law applies primarily. Only Belgian courts have jurisdiction over disputes.
- Consumers may also approach the Consumer Mediation Service via: www.consumentenombudsdienst.be
- For cross-border disputes, you may use the EU’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: http://ec.europa.eu/odr
